$1,000 Scholarship Program
Applicant Criteria:

Shall be a female student pursuing an education/career in commercial real estate. |

Shall be attending an accredited college, university or accredited pre-licensing program in and/or shall be a resident of Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Lorain, or Medina County. |

Shall be past their midpoint of required courses, i.e., completed the second year in a four year program, or, completed the first year in a two year program, or, completed one half of an accredited pre-licensing program, with an equivalent of at least basic courses of commercial real estate/real estate related fields, i.e., sufficient commercial real estate to show her aptitude and intention to continue in a commercial real estate related career. Real Estate related courses shall include, but not be limited to, the following: appraisal, architecture, asset/property management, brokerage/leasing, construction, consulting, corporate real estate, economic/civic, real estate finance, real estate law, and/or real estate marketing. |

Shall submit an application along with a transcript from their respective school showing grades and courses taken. |

An Applicant's need for financial assistance, personal disadvantage situations, reduced economic circumstances and aptitude shall be determining factors in the scholarship award. Interviews by the Scholarship Committee may be required. |
