Our distinguished panel includes:
John Keller, partner, Vorys Sater Seymour & Pease LLP and Chair of the Natural Resource Committee, Ohio State Bar Association, who will cover oil and gas issues in Ohio;
Robert Karl, partner, Ulmer & Berne LLP and former Assistant Ohio Attorney General, Environmental Enforcement Section, who will discuss wind energy and solar power;
a representative from the Ohio Department of Development who will discuss financial incentive programs for energy-related projects available through the State of Ohio;
Ronn Richard, President and CEO of The Cleveland Foundation, who will review the Foundation’s role in energy-related projects in and around the Cleveland area and the Foundation’s commitment to “green” building principles; and
Jill Ziegler, Program Manager, Sustainability Initiatives, Forest City Enterprises, Inc., who will provide an overview of LEED-certification before showcasing Forest City’s "green” retail development built on the former Denver/Stapleton airport site and discussing Forest City’s sustainability initiatives.
